About Me:
I began my counselling career in 2004. Initially I focused on working with adults and have developed my skills to help with a range of issues.
I built a good reputation working as a volunteer counsellor with survivors of rape and sexual abuse. I then became an associate counsellor at a private practice in Cardiff Bay. There I was instrumental in setting up a successful service for children and young people.
I am currently working with adults in private practice and at a rehabilitation unit. I also provide counselling in primary schools and am completing a Masters Degree in Counselling Children & Young People at Newport university.
I frequently attend further training events to ensure my practice is up to date and well informed.
I believe we all have the capacity to change and that counselling provides an opportunity for us to grow and realise our potential.
